  • dye lots and manufacturing batches may differ between orders.

We strongly recommend purchasing all required material at the same time.

Prices, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to:

  • discontinue products;
  • limit quantities;
  • refuse or cancel orders.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders placed through our Shopify store are subject to acceptance and verification.

We may cancel or refuse any order if:

  • payment cannot be verified;
  • fraud is suspected;
  • pricing errors occur;
  • products become unavailable.

Customers agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and shipping information.

4. Measurements & Material Quantities

Customers are solely responsible for verifying measurements, square footage, and quantities before placing orders.

We recommend ordering an additional 10% material for:

  • cuts,
  • waste,
  • attic stock,
  • future repairs.

The Floor Boutique is not responsible for shortages resulting from incorrect measurements provided by customers, installers, designers, or contractors.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping delays may occur due to:

  • freight carrier issues,
  • supplier delays,
  • weather conditions,
  • inventory shortages,
  • force majeure events.

Customers must inspect all materials immediately upon delivery.

Claims for visible damage, shortages, or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Installation Disclaimer

Customers and installers are responsible for inspecting all materials prior to installation.

Installed materials are considered accepted.

The Floor Boutique is not responsible for claims involving:

  • visible defects after installation;
  • improper installation;
  • subfloor issues;
  • moisture conditions;
  • incorrect maintenance;
  • installer workmanship.

Installation by third-party contractors is performed independently and is not supervised or guaranteed by The Floor Boutique unless expressly agreed in writing.

7. Returns & Refunds

All returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Approved returns:

  • must be unused and in original packaging;
  • may be subject to return shipping charges;
  • may incur a 20% restocking fee.

Final sale items, special orders, clearance items, and custom products are non-returnable.

8. Manufacturer Warranties

Certain products may include manufacturer warranties.

All manufacturer warranties are provided exclusively by the manufacturer.

The Floor Boutique makes no independent warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Our online store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform allowing us to sell products and services online.

We are not responsible for interruptions or errors caused by third-party services.
