Return & Refund Policy – The Floor Boutique

At The Floor Boutique, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making your purchase.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Installed, used, damaged, or altered materials cannot be returned.

Return Authorization & Inspection

  • All returns require prior authorization from The Floor Boutique. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
  • Acceptance of any return and eligibility for refund, exchange, or store credit are subject to a prior inspection and approval by the seller who completed the sale. The inspection will verify the condition of the returned product and compliance with this Return & Refund Policy.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee

  • Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Final sale items
  • Clearance products
  • Custom or special-order materials
  • Opened adhesive, grout, underlayment, or installation products

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Any damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Refund Process

Once the returned items are received, inspected, and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
